12:02 to 12:04 HV (HPTx) dropped out.

08:18 UT, after putting in a new HV fuse HPTx on again.
Sounding every 2 mins.

Lightning strike damaged much electronics at Heating and EISCAT and PRE;
a longer power break resulted, and Dynasonde was off for a long time.

The PRE wandering interference since the big lightning strike
on 15 July was fixed by TGO staff at about 09:44 UT.
